Digitising the European Industry (DEI) is a strategic priority of the European Commission to deliver the Digital Single Market. Within this context, the European Commission is promoting the development, exchange of good practices, and internationalisation of Digital Innovation Hubs (DIH) across the EU.
Digital Innovation Hubs are typically based on the collaboration of different public and private actors – such as higher education and research institutes’ competence centres, large industrial actors, small and medium enterprises, incubators, accelerators, and investors – working together to offer a set of services that the industry of the region needs to promote the development and growth of digital ecosystems. The European Commission has announced a targeted initiative to support existing and potential future Digital Innovation Hubs in EU13* Member States by offering a training programme managed by PwC and Oxford University Innovation (Oxentia).
As a part of this initiative, at least 30 Digital Innovation Hubs will be selected to take part in a training programme. Interested entities may apply by 7 November by filling out the application form below:

Further support for trans-national cooperation among Digital Innovationn Hubs across the EU is offered through the calls in the Horizon 2020 Work Programme for Information and Communication technologies.
* EU13 refers to those Members States that joined the EU after 2003: Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, or Slovenia.
