The NRDI Office provides access to files for applicants in line with its regulations adopted pursuant to Act CXII of 2011 on the Right to Information Self-Determination and Freedom of Information.
The files to be accessed can be provided by the staff of the NRDI Office by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address of the contact person(s) indicated when the request for a professional opinion or the project proposal was submitted. To send the documents, please fill in the form below with the necessary identification details. The data provided will be checked by the NRDI Office staff within 1 working day of submission and, if necessary, further consultations will be initiated at the e-mail address or telephone number provided in order to clarify the data. If all the necessary data are available (in the case of missing data, after receipt of such data), the NRDI Office staff will collect the documents concerned by the peer review, verify the eligibility of the contact person (by e-mail address) and send an electronic copy of the documents by e-mail to the e-mail address of the contact person within 15 working days after the data are available. Important: If the e-mail address provided in the form is not the same as the e-mail address of the contact person indicated in the request for a professional opinion or the project proposal, the requested documents will be sent only to the e-mail address of the contact person indicated in the request for a professional opinion or the project proposal.
The applicant has the right of access to the following documents:
· in the case of proposals managed by the NRDI Office and funded from the NRDI Fund, the anonymous peer reviews, which form part of the preparation of decisions (detailed explanation + scoring), and
· the detailed peer reviews (scoring, detailed explanation) to support the professional opinion in the RDI-related policy reviews carried out by the NRDI Office
(hereinafter collectively “peer reviews”)
The persons entitled to access the files:
The official representative of the applicant (as defined in the Company Register Extract or the Articles of Association) or his or her attorney-in-fact is entitled to access the files. If the contact person or project leader indicated in the project proposal is not an official representative of the applicant, he/she must have a power of attorney to access the peer reviews.
