The Budgetary Control Committee of the European Parliament (EP) has stated that ARTEMIS, ENIAC and ITER, three joint private sector-EU technology projects, have failed to convince MEPs that they have managed EU funds appropriately and must do better justifying their use of EU funds in 2014 before the European Parliament approves their accounts.
