The Research Fund for Coal and Steel (RFCS) is pleased to announce a workshop on EU funding in the steel sector, which will take place on Tuesday 2 February 2016.
As steel demand increases, Research and Innovation in this sector is crucial to keep the EU steel industry at the forefront of innovation. The RFCS is funding projects that will improve the ways steel is produced and used, with less resources, and under improved working conditions for workers in the steel sector.
The aim of the workshop is to gather ideas to increase the visibility of the RFCS activities in the steel sector. The expected audience are stakeholders from the steel industry, coordinators of ongoing and completed EU projects, and other concerned parties.
