Swiss grant possibility for incoming researchers

The Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF) will launch a specific call entitled “Promotion of Young Scientists in Eastern Europe” (PROMYS) to strengthen the research system of Eastern European EU member state countries by means of supporting the young scientists.
The new initiative is aimed at qualified researchers from countries in Eastern Europe who have carried out their doctoral or post-doctoral research in Switzerland and have returned or intend to return to their or another Easter European new member state country.
The five-year grants will strengthen independent and excellent individual research teams that have recently been established.
