The updated version of the DESCA 2020 model Consortium Agreement has just been published. DESCA 2020 was reviewed and updated in February 2016, taking into account user consultation and negotiation experience.

DESCA is used in the Horizon 2020 actions as a comprehensive model Consortium Agreement, providing various options and alternative modules and clauses, and thus maximum flexibility.
