JPIAMR ERA-NET Consortium with participation of Hungary is planning to launch its next international call in January 2021 on the field of antimicrobial resistance. The call advocates for a One Health approach to understand the impact of interventions on the development and transmission of antibiotic resistance and to design, implement, evaluate, and compare interventions that will have a true impact on preventing or reducing the development and transmission of antibiotic resistance in and between the different One Health settings (human, animal, environment).

International consortia consisting of 3-7 partners submit their proposal to JPIAMR. The proposals will be reviewed by independent experts invited by JPIAMR ERA-NET. The successful Hungarian partners will be financed by the NRDI Office with a budget of 300 000 EUR.

The following countries (21) are already participating in the preparation of the call: Argentina, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom.

The submission deadline for the pre-proposals will be in March 2021. It is expected that consortia invited for the full-proposal stage, will need to submit their proposal in July 2021.
