The European Commission is about to set up a High Level Group of independent experts that will advise them on how to maximise the impact of EU’s investment in innovation and research.
The group will be chaired by Pascal Lamy, President Emeritus of the Jacques Delors Institute. The selection process of experts is expected to be finalised in November 2016.
