For the purpose of the NRDI Office, the EPTK system is used for submitting and monitoring RDI projects financed from the NRDI Fund and the EU Structural Funds.
  • submission of funding requests, responses to notices of deficiency, responses to clarification questions, objections, public procurement documents, financial and professional reports;
  • electronic submission and tracking of monitoring reports relating to the project in the monitoring period.

The EPTK system aims to speed up funding decisions and disbursements by enabling applicants and beneficiaries to submit funding requests, responses to notices of deficiency, responses to clarification questions, objections, public procurement documents, financial and professional reports as well as monitoring reports due in the monitoring period all electronically. Data displayed in the EPTK are taken from the Central System of the Development Policy Database and Information System (FAIR KR) and the System of European Union Programmes (EUPR) which are recorded by the staff of the organisations managing the funding requests. Data recorded in the EPTK system are also transferred to the EUPR system.

For innovation project proposals funded from the NRDI Fund, as from 2017 the NRDI Office switched to the EPTK system instead of the previous offline PKR system and the connected application form.

Users of the EPTK system are assisted by 14 manuals (one for each work stage) with video tutorials, training materials and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) which are available after registration.
