Over the years, since the association of Korea to the EUREKA Network, the Korea EUREKA Days have brought success for both Korean and European companies by catalysing identification of business opportunities, development of innovative project ideas and new R&D collaborations in the framework of the EUREKA initiative. KOREA EUREKA Days have proven to be an effective platform to highlight Korea’s R&D capabilities, and facilitate the generation of innovative projects with European organisations. This high-level event aims to provide a platform where technology and innovation experts from Europe and Korea can share project concepts for the generation of new proposals and establish new connections.

The event will bring together Ministerial representatives from Korea and European countries, members of the EUREKA Network, national innovation funding agencies and European company representatives. Approximately 60 representatives from Korean organisations including government research institutes, large companies, and SMEs are expected to attend.

The EUREKA Day will be an occasion to advance Korean-European cooperation and innovation. The role of EUREKA in developing this international cooperation and its development in the future will be high on the agenda and will be put into practice through match-making sessions helping interested companies to identify potential consortium partners.
