ERA PerMed 2019 call on personalised medicine will be announced soon

ERA PerMed Consortium with participation of Hungary is planning to launch its second international call in January 2019 on the field of personalised medicine. The funding organisations participating in this call particularly wish to promote innovative interdisciplinary collaboration and to encourage translational research proposals, which help the personalised solutions to be transplanted in the clinical practice.

The call consists of three research fields:

All proposals are expected to concern at least one module from Research area 3 and one modul from Research areas 1 or 2.

The international consortia consist of 3-6 members submit their proposal to ERA PerMed. The proposals will be reviewed by independent experts invited by ERA PerMed. The successful Hungarian partners will be financed by NRDI Office from a fund of 300 thousand EUR.

To align national research strategies, promote excellence, reinforce the competitiveness of European players in Personalised Medicine (PM), and enhance the European collaboration with non-EU countries, 29 funding organisations from 20 countries have agreed to launch the second Joint Transnational Call for collaborative innovative research projects in Personalised Medicine (PM).

It is expected, that consortia invited for the full-proposal stage, will need to submit their proposal on June 17th, 2019.
