The presentations of the 2nd Danube Innovation Partnership (DIP) Summer School on IP Commercialisation and Technology Transfer are now available on the website.
The successful event was organised between 14-18 September 2015, in Budapest by WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organisation) and JRC (Joint Research Centre) in collaboration with the National Research, Development and Innovation Office, the Hungarian Intellectual Property Office, the Semmelweis University and the University of Debrecen.

Commission grants new particle accelerator the status of European Research Infrastructure Consortium
The European Commission yesterday granted the legal status of European Research Infrastructure Consortium (ERIC) to the European Spallation Source (ESS), a particle accelerator being constructed near Lund (Sweden). With this measure, the EU provides the facility with many administrative advantages enjoyed by international organisations and therefore helps to successfully implement the infrastructure project.

“Eastern Opening”: increasing R&D cooperation with China
H.E. Duan Jielong, new Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to Hungary, visited the National Research Development and Innovation Office on 12th August 2015, where he was received by President József Pálinkás.
