Information on reopened customer service and restarted on-site inspections

As of 1 July 2020, the National Research, Development and Innovation Office restarted on-site inspections previously suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Furthermore, as of 15 June 2020, personal administration at the customer service, and personal receipt and inspection of documents are available again.
