The Innovation Section of the Hungarian Economic Association held its inaugural meeting on 3 February 2023.
The founding members elected Dr István Szabó, Vice President of the National Research, Development and Innovation Office, as the President of the Section.

The Vice President of the Section is Magdolna Csath, professor, Doctor of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, and the Secretary is Klaudia Gabriella Horváth, PhD student.
