Funding for research groups with internationally outstanding high impact results (KH_18)

Recognising the international visibility of scientific results is gaining importance worldwide. It is measured by innovation scoreboards, university rankings and the citation index of scientific publications.
By announcing the excellence programme titled “Funding for research groups with internationally outstanding high impact results” (KH_18), having a total budget of HUF 1,2 billion, the NRDI Office incentivises domestic research groups to achieve new results which greatly advance their field of science and lay the groundwork for further research, and to present them in the most visible international scientific forums
Of the proposals submitted for the KH_18 call, accepting the recommendation of the decision preparation bodies, the President of the NRDI Office selected 26 project proposals for funding of half billion HUF as follows:
