Eligible applicants

• budgetary organs, their institutions with legal personality provided that such institutions qualify as research organisations under Act LXXVI of 2014 on Scientific Research, Development and Innovation (RDI Act) or as research and knowledge-dissemination organisations under Article 2(83) of Council Regulation 651/2014/EU;
• non-public higher education institutions accredited by the state and listed in Annex 1 of Act CCIV of 2011 on education;
• non-profit companies fully owned by the state provided that they qualify as research organisations under Act LXXVI of 2014 on Scientific Research, Development and Innovation (RDI Act) or as research and knowledge-dissemination organisations under Article 2(83) of Council Regulation 651/2014/EU;
• companies with registered office in Hungary or with registered office in the European Economic Area (hereinafter: EEA) and a branch office in Hungary (in this latter case, the branch office in Hungary is eligible to apply);
• foundations provided that they qualify as research organisations under Act LXXVI of 2014 on Scientific Research, Development and Innovation (RDI Act) or as research and knowledge-dissemination organisations under Article 2(83) of Council Regulation 651/2014/EU;

Requests for pre-qualifying opinion can be completed by logging in at https://kfivelemeny.nkfih.gov.hu, taking into consideration the assessment criteria indicated there and also listed in this call.
