Dr. Veronika Varga-Bajusz obtained her law degree in 2007 at the Reformed University of Károli Gáspár.

He started his career as an administrative clerk at the Sándor Wekerle Fund Manager/Administrative and Judicial Office. He became the legal referent of Forum Hungaricum Közhasznú Nonprofit Kft., then worked as the legal and HR referent of the Design Terminal National Creative Industry Center.

In the field of public administration, he gained experience as head of the Youth Department of the Ministry of Human Resources and at the Prime Minister's Government Office.

From 2020, he acted as the general director of the Tempus Public Foundation.

He obtained a law degree in 2021.

From February 1, 2023, he is the deputy state secretary for higher education at the Ministry of Culture and Innovation.
