He is a computer engineer researcher and project coordinator, involved in several R&D projects in the areas of software development methodologies, domain-specific languages, software modelling, embedded systems and cloud solutions. Author of more than 200 scientific publications. He has twice won the Bolyai János Research Fellowship, and once each the New National Excellence Programme Postdoctoral Research Fellowship, the BME Innovation Award, the János Kemény Award and the Siemens Excellence Award.
