Graduated as a food engineer in 2000 from the Faculty of Food Science at the University of Horticulture and Food Industry. During her studies, she was an intern at the Institute of Viticulture and Enology in Klosterneuburg, Austria.
In 2005, she defended her PhD thesis on the composition of organic wines.
In 2003-2008, she was a technical assistant at the Department of Enology, Faculty of Food Sciences, Budapest University of Public Administration. Assistant lecturer in 2008, senior lecturer in 2010 and associate professor since 2014 at the Department of Enology of the Corvinus University of Budapest. Since 2016 she has been associate professor at the Department of Enology, Szent István University. She was dean of the Faculty of Horticulture, Szent István University between 2017 and 2021. Since 2021 she has been Head of Institute at the MATE Institute of Viticulture and Enology and Director-General at MATE Buda Campus. She completed her habilitation in 2022.
She chairs the Subcommittee on Viticulture and Enology of the Committee on Horticulture and Food Sciences of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, the Hungarian Association for Food Protection, and the Hungarian Society of Nutrition.
