Vienna, Science and Technology Attaché
He began his professional career in the private sector, where for nearly a decade he held mid-management and project management positions in several countries. He first worked as Sales Manager at the Hungarian subsidiary of Diamond Electric, followed by a position as Market Analyst at the consulting firm Südy & Co., where he was engaged in business development support. From 2007 onwards, he served as Project Manager at different divisions of the VALEO Group in Germany and later in Japan. Between 2010 and 2013, he worked at MUSASI Hungary as Project and Purchasing Manager. In 2013, he joined the diplomatic service and has since held a variety of professional and managerial positions at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade. He started as an Information Analyst and later became Head of Unit, before serving as Deputy Head of Department. From 2015 to 2019, he represented Hungary as Counsellor at the Embassy of Hungary in Paris. Between 2019 and 2023, he served as National Coordinator at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade. Since 2023, he has been posted in Vienna as Science and Technology Attaché, where his main responsibility is to foster Hungarian–Austrian scientific cooperation as well as to strengthen international innovation and research relations. He pursued his studies at several higher education institutions in Hungary and abroad. He obtained an MA degree in Political Science and Japanology from the University of Vienna, a qualification in Export–Import Management from the Budapest College of Economics, and later a degree in International Relations Advisory from the Faculty of Law at Károli Gáspár University of the Reformed Church. His academic path was complemented by several scholarships, including study and research programs in Oxford, Vienna, and Osaka. He is fluent in French, Japanese, German, and English.
